Cancellations or changes will not be accepted, and refunds will not be given.

Check in time is between 04:00 pm and 10:00 pm. You will not be able to check in after 10:00 pm.

One bed studios take a maximum of two people. One bedroom apartments take a maximum of three people. Two bed studios take a maximum of four people. Two bed modular homes take a maximum of four people. Two bedroom apartments take a maximum of eight people. It is not possible to accommodate more than that in each room type, and you will be denied entry, and forfeit the cost of your reservation if you do have more than that number. We do not have roll away beds.

Children under 18, and pets are not accepted. You authorize $500 per child, and $500 per pet, to be charged to your credit card if any children or pets are in your room. If you have booked through a third party like Airbnb or VRBO, and we do not have a credit card on file from you, you will pay us the relevant penalty on demand. If you do arrive with a pet, you will not be permitted to check-in or stay in the room, and you will forfeit the entire amount of the reservation. The word “room” includes a studio, a modular home and an apartment, and should be construed as such.

Smoking in rooms is not permitted. You authorize $1000 to be charged to your credit card if there is any evidence whatsoever at all of smoking in your room. This applies to cigarette smoke, marijuana/cannabis smoke, electronic cigarette smoke, vaping, as well as anything similar. If the amount of $1000 will not go through when an attempt to charge it to your card is made, you authorize any lesser amount to be charged as well. Multiple attempts may be made to achieve the total of $1000.
